By booking with Helpful Hands Mobile Barber, clients agree to the following terms and conditions.
All appointments must be scheduled in advance and are based on availability. Same-day appointments are not guaranteed. Clients are responsible for providing the correct service location, contact information, and appointment details at the time of booking.
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward the total service price. The remaining balance is due at the time of service.
Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations, missed appointments, or no-shows may result in loss of deposit or may require a new deposit to rebook.
Please be ready at the scheduled appointment time. If the client is more than 10–15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or counted as a missed appointment depending on the schedule.
Helpful Hands Mobile Barber provides mobile grooming services at homes, offices, apartments, condos, hotels, events, and approved locations. The service area includes Charlotte and surrounding areas. Additional travel fees may apply based on distance, parking, building access, or special location requirements.
Clients must provide a safe, clean, and accessible area for service. Helpful Hands Mobile Barber reserves the right to refuse or stop service if the location is unsafe, unsanitary, disrespectful, or not suitable for professional grooming.
Prices are subject to change based on service type, travel distance, add-ons, appointment time, event needs, or special requests. Early morning, after-hours, holiday, wedding, pop-up, or event services may require custom pricing.
Membership appointments must be scheduled in advance and used within the same billing month. Unused membership appointments do not roll over, transfer, or convert to cash credit. Memberships are for the purchasing client only unless approved in advance.
Payment is due at the time of service unless prepaid. Accepted payment methods may vary. Services are not considered complete until payment is received in full.
Deposits, completed services, membership payments, and event payments are generally non-refundable. If an issue occurs, Helpful Hands Mobile Barber will review the situation and may offer a solution at its discretion.
Helpful Hands Mobile Barber may request permission to take photos or videos for marketing, social media, or website use. Clients may decline photo or video use at any time.
Helpful Hands Mobile Barber reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service due to unsafe conditions, inappropriate behavior, disrespect, harassment, intoxication, unsanitary conditions, or any situation that prevents a professional service experience.
